SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic
For domestic orders, standard shipping is free over $100 USD, and expedited shipping is available at an increased rate. For domestic orders under $100 USD, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6 USD. We ship our packages via FedEx and Ups. If you need another shipping carrier option, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Orders typically ship within 2 business days and are often delivered within 5 business days of being shipped. (Note that we ship everything from our LA warehouse, so the closer you are to us, the faster your order is likely to arrive!)
International
International orders over $200 USD ship free. For orders under $200 USD, international shipping rates start at around $15 USD. To avoid any surprises, any applicable duties and taxes are paid at checkout. All international orders ship via DHL Express, and shipping times vary depending on your location.
Please Note:
Aleur Paddle Board is not included in the free international shipping over $200 USD. However, Aleur will pay the majority shipping cost.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. Aleur cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of the recipient so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order.
Canadian customers please note, prior to your delivery, the shipping carrier (FedEx or DHL) will charge you the customs fees. Please pay the customs fees immediately to avoid delivery delay.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Domestic
In light of current global events, please note that returns are being processed at a slower rate than usual. It may take 1-2 weeks to process your return once it is received.
Any orders placed within the context of a sale or any items marked Final Sale (including all styles in the On Sale collection and items purchased with the discount code), are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange.
For “Activewear,” please contact at info@aleur.us to start processing refund/exchanges. We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was shipped. Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
For “Paddle Boards,” please contact at info@aleur.us to start processing refund/exchanges. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a refund, subtracting 15% restocking fee from full price. Return shipping cost is not included. All content from original packaging must be included in the return in original condition. Please allow 5-10 business days for return credit to appear on your statement.
Other discount codes may be eligible for store credit or refund – please reach out to the team at info@aleur.us if you have any questions.
International
Please email info@aleur.us within 14 days of receiving your package if you would like to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions for mailing your item back. Please note that return shipping is currently the customer’s responsibility. You may select store credit or a refund, but packages must be postmarked within three days of contacting us to qualify for a refund.
