RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Domestic
In light of current global events, please note that returns are being processed at a slower rate than usual. It may take 1-2 weeks to process your return once it is received.
Any orders placed within the context of a sale or any items marked Final Sale (including all styles in the On Sale collection and items purchased with the discount code), are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange.
For “Activewear,” please contact at info@aleur.us to start processing refund/exchanges. We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was shipped. Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
For “Paddle Boards,” please contact at info@aleur.us to start processing refund/exchanges. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a refund, subtracting 15% restocking fee from full price. Return shipping cost is not included. All content from original packaging must be included in the return in original condition. Please allow 5-10 business days for return credit to appear on your statement.

International
Please email info@aleur.us within 14 days of receiving your package if you would like to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions for mailing your item back. Please note that return shipping is currently the customer’s responsibility. You may select store credit or a refund, but packages must be postmarked within three days of contacting us to qualify for a refund.
